Tampines West CC Gets A Makeover 2011 PDF Print E-mail

We are happy to announce that after more than 15 years since it was built, Tampines West Community Club (TWCC) is getting a face-lift. By 2012, TWCC will get new facilities but architects will retain what remains close to the hearts of the residents it serves. The upgraded facilities will meet the needs of a changing resident profile. This is in line with the People’s Association’s programme to renew and rejuvenate CCs, to engage and attract more residents and families for bonding purposes.

Enjoy this featured video as it highlights the changes of Tampines West CC throughout the years from 1980s till today, shows Tampines West CC as a platform for social cohesion, racial harmony and community bonding and Unveil the upgraded architecture and facilities of our new CC.

Vision for the Community

A Great Home and A Caring Community, where we

Share our Values,

Pursue our Passions,

Fulfil our Hopes, and

Treasure our Memories

The vision statement describes a great home where every Singaporean feels a strong sense of belonging, pride and rootedness, and a caring community where residents take initiative to organise meaningful activities for the community, and where neighbours care and look out for one another.

To reinforce the Vision, and to inspire every individual and stakeholder to take ownership of their community and step forward to contribute towards building a better home and community for all, the Vision tagline is also co-created.

Our Community. My Responsibility.
